I wanted to express my appreciation to Hunter Davisson for retaining such an extremely consciences, customer service oriented employee. Upon arrival he has always demonstrated courteous presentation of himself in an environment of uncertainty and maintained poise and a positive attitude. Today he saved the day by staying on our roof to fix the problem rather than come down with excuses on why he can’t “fix it”."

Since hiring HD and Patrick Paul performing the HVAC maintenance, the service call rate has fallen dramatically. This improvement has occurred because Patrick Paul is observant, thorough, precise, communicates, and is smart.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the outstanding service you have provided throughout this project. The level of professionalism has truly been exceptional. Everyone who has been onsite during the installation has been friendly, respectful to both our staff and customers, and consistently positive. Not once did a day go by where the team did not ensure their equipment was cleaned up before we opened. Those small details go a long way for us and speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. The team also did an excellent job keeping me informed, taking the time to show progress from the initial demolition through the final stages of the install. That transparency was greatly appreciated.

I cannot thank you enough. Patrick's work has made our AC run perfectly. We have always been able to maintain around 20 degrees of the outside temperature, but after Patrick's work, we have held a steady 72.
