Hunter-Davisson's team quickly became part of the HOPE Crew for Bybee Lakes Hope Center as we navigated replacing an outdated chiller. They brought care and compassion so that we could provide a safe environment for people experiencing homelessness in Portland.

I remember when one of the pumps went down this winter (during a particularly cold stretch) and the team visited the building throughout the night to make sure that we were able to keep the system running and maintain temps in the building. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the outstanding service you have provided throughout this project. The level of professionalism has truly been exceptional. Everyone who has been onsite during the installation has been friendly, respectful to both our staff and customers, and consistently positive. Not once did a day go by where the team did not ensure their equipment was cleaned up before we opened. Those small details go a long way for us and speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. The team also did an excellent job keeping me informed, taking the time to show progress from the initial demolition through the final stages of the install. That transparency was greatly appreciated.

Once again - your staff has performed beyond expectation. Kelly not only got us scheduled over the weekend but rescheduled us when I threw her a curveball.
