Since hiring HD and Patrick Paul performing the HVAC maintenance, the service call rate has fallen dramatically. This improvement has occurred because Patrick Paul is observant, thorough, precise, communicates, and is smart.

You and your team did a fantastic job on the project and the attached savings are yet another example of great planning and execution from HD’s 1st estimate and design thru close out.

"Patrick was not only professional, but also let us know about some issues with a patch of our facility's roof. We haven't had any issues with it just yet, but his foresight in pointing these out and providing us with documentation to provide our landlord was great, and helps us keep our operation running smoothly here. Audra is super qualified and knows her stuff. She takes the time to coordinate with other trades about her designs and if there are conflicts. Same with the architect. Thanks for all your help with this issue. I really appreciate the design assist. I also want to note my appreciation for the quality installation HD is performing in the field. I understand the attention to detail that is required to execute this project and I'm very happy with our partnership with Hunter-Davisson, past and present, making this project a reality.

I just wanted you to know you have some very remarkable people working here at Homewoods on the Willamette. During our transition here at Homewoods, I just wanted you to know how awesome these 2 men have been, they always go above and beyond without hesitation. They take the time to explain what they are doing. Roger and George are always courteous and professional at all times. They clean-up after themselves and have always made sure that the dining room and kitchen are ready for service even if that means working around our service times. They have given us the best customer service. As you well know in a service oriented business these days it is hard to find good quality help. Hunter-Davisson should be proud of these 2 men as they represent your company with first class service and attitude.
