You and your team did a fantastic job on the project and the attached savings are yet another example of great planning and execution from HD’s 1st estimate and design thru close out.

Hunter-Davisson knocked this project out of the park for us. One of our goals was to work with local contractors that supported GBSD prior to the bond work. We knew your quality of work and you did not disappoint. Your team was the first contractor on site as there was investigation work to do before the repairs and/or improvements could be suggested/implemented and I would like to say our school district wished more contractors were like Hunter-Davisson. Our closeout job walk today felt so rewarding as I knew our school district was able to team with you and get a very successful Mechanical Design-Build project. The value add the HD was able to deliver will be felt longer than ASHRAE tells us our equipment will last.

We just wanted to send a note of gratitude for all of your support with our Energy Trust of Oregon energy study and our PCEF application. The process was so complex and technical and couldn't have put together our application without your support. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the outstanding service you have provided throughout this project. The level of professionalism has truly been exceptional. Everyone who has been onsite during the installation has been friendly, respectful to both our staff and customers, and consistently positive. Not once did a day go by where the team did not ensure their equipment was cleaned up before we opened. Those small details go a long way for us and speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. The team also did an excellent job keeping me informed, taking the time to show progress from the initial demolition through the final stages of the install. That transparency was greatly appreciated.
