We are a Honeywell certified contractor, and have multiple team members with N4, Niagara, NEBB, CIPer 30 and Spyder 7 certifications.

Which controls brands are you capable of servicing?

If my control brand is not listed on your website, can you still help me?

We have trusted industry partners that we will work with or refer you to in order to serve your needs.

What does preventative maintenance for controls systems entail?

Our technicians will check the alarm logs and note them on the service ticket, check and tighten electrical connections and test units for proper operation.

If I’m interested in a BMS for my building, what would it cost to provide a proposal?

We can provide a proposal for your building free of charge. This process will most likely involve a site visit by someone from our team.

Are there any incentives for upgrading or adding BMS to my building?

The Energy Trust of Oregon provides custom incentives for upgrading your BMS, as well as providing a new BMS. These incentives vary depending on anticipated energy savings. We can help you better understand this program.
