Our Approach

We install and maintain integrated Building Management Control Systems that improve the comfort of working environments, lower HVACR operating costs, and allow for easy performance monitoring of all equipment.

Our Services and Solutions

  • Honeywell Authorized Controls Integrator.
  • Priority placed on continuous education and training to stay ahead of changing technology, including factory and internal training labs.
  • Over 30 years of experience installing Honeywell, ProLon, Trane, JCI, Carrier, Walker and other systems.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the outstanding service you have provided throughout this project. The level of professionalism has truly been exceptional. Everyone who has been onsite during the installation has been friendly, respectful to both our staff and customers, and consistently positive. Not once did a day go by where the team did not ensure their equipment was cleaned up before we opened. Those small details go a long way for us and speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. The team also did an excellent job keeping me informed, taking the time to show progress from the initial demolition through the final stages of the install. That transparency was greatly appreciated.

Your crew has been on point since the first day I had worked with your company. I really appreciate all the extra work. It has been a big blessing just for me to learn more HVAC beyond what I know and retain all the new info that you guys share with me. So, great big thank you too, you and all of your crew.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Building Management System (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS)?

BMS is the overall system that oversees an entire facility’s operation. BMS also integrates and manages various subsystems, including a BAS. Whereas, BAS is primarily focused on the automation and control of specific building systems like HVACR, lighting or access control.

What building services can be controlled through BAS?

BAS can control HVACR (temperature, airflow, humidity), lighting, energy use, plumbing, fire safety, security, elevators and indoor air quality. It optimizes efficiency and comfort through centralized monitoring and automation.

What are the benefits of modernizing my BMS?

Benefits include lower utility bills, improved comfort, reduced maintenance and higher property value, all of which maximize the investment over time. BMS also allows for remote support, monitoring and alarming, which further save costs.

Why should I modernize my BMS?

Modernizing increases efficiency, lowers energy costs, and prevents work loss as the systems age and failures occur.

What is the best approach for modernizing a BMS in phases?

We suggest beginning by upgrading the centralized plant and adding a new front end to the system. Then, new controls can be added to VAVs or fan coils to help increase overall system efficiency. The resulting energy cost savings can be used to upgrade aging equipment.
