Overview:

Since its inception in 1999, Hunter-Davisson has completed all the new construction and renovation work for Mary’s Woods including restoration of a 1909 building, new construction of numerous buildings, and replacement of aging systems we originally installed 25 years ago.

Highlights:

HVAC upgrades require tremendous coordination as tenants must remain in the facility.
Mary’s Woods multiple buildings incorporate a multitude of HVAC system types including dehumidifiers, pool equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, water-source heat pumps, vertical terminal heat pumps, variable refrigerant volume systems and more.
