Overview:
Hunter-Davisson delivered a tailored HVAC solution specifically designed for the wine production and storage operations at Roserock North Winery. The system integrates both chilled and hot water systems to serve the tank jackets, supporting optimal conditions for wine fermentation and aging. Additionally, chilled water fan coils were installed throughout the facility, allowing for precise temperature control to ensure the integrity and quality of wine during both production and long-term storage.
Highlights:
- CO2 control systems were also provided for occupant safety.
- Over 3,000 linear feet of piping was installed for Phase I of this facility.
