Our Core Values:

  • Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions.
  • Appreciation: Give thanks.
  • Customer Service: Be courteous and attentive to internal and external customers.
  • Generosity: Share rewards with those who have contributed to our success.

Committed to Sustainability

From energy modeling and smart controls to high-efficiency systems and lifecycle planning, sustainability drives how we design, build, and maintain your systems. We have executed a large number of LEED projects, including Oregon’s first LEED certified building. We have also participated in numerous Earth Advantage projects, and frequently work with the Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) to evaluate energy efficiency measures for building owners throughout the Portland metro area.

  • Completed the nation’s first LEED Platinum multi-family building.
  • Energy efficient system design utilizing project-specific sustainability criteria.
  • Experience assisting customers with ETO incentives.

"I wanted to tell you that Brendon and Ian did a fabulous job on the duct work. The Chief Engineer, Port Engineer and I walked the job yesterday and we are all very impressed with how the Vidmar room looks."

What truly set your service apart was your responsiveness to our customer’s needs and your proactive communication throughout the process."

-Project Manager - Financial Institution

"I just wanted to acknowledge Tyler on doing a great job of finding what was the cause of this very loud noise in the lobby which sounds like a saw coming from the intake Vent that has been annoying for a year or so. I mentioned to him The Noise was coming from a vent in the lobby and he said he knew exactly what it was. I appreciate that he took the time to find out."

-Administrative Assistant - Office

"We had a great experience with our first preventative maintenance appointment on Friday. Steffen was very friendly and easy to work with!"

A Golden Foundation

Hunter-Davisson was founded in 1965 when Harold Hunter and Joe Davisson purchased the refrigeration division of Monroe Machinery. From the start, they built the company on the Christian Principle of The Golden Rule: treat people the way you want to be treated. That mindset, paired with technical skill and a relationship-first approach, set the stage for lasting success.
