Overview:

At the University’s Bauccio Commons, Hunter-Davisson furnished and installed new kitchen exhaust fans, make-up air unit with gas heat and evaporative cooling, and three walk-in coolers.

Highlights:

Since the Commons had to remain operational during construction, meticulous logistical planning was essential to ensure seamless project execution.
With the addition of the new make-up air unit on the roof, Hunter-Davisson had to engage a Structural Engineering Firm.
