Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Our in-house CAD and BIM capabilities provide clients with significant cost and performance advantages. Our expert engineers utilize Revit to develop detailed design models, which are then integrated into Navisworks for comprehensive clash detection with other trades. We lead these coordination efforts from start to finish, ensuring potential conflicts are identified and resolved early in the design process. This proactive approach consistently results in smoother field execution, and improved adherence to schedules and budgets.

Energy Modeling
We help our customers address a range of energy initiatives, including Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) incentives and LEED certifications. As an ETO Allied Technical Assistance Contractor, we are qualified to perform Technical Analysis Studies for Energy Trust’s Existing Buildings program. Our team also has extensive experience using Carrier’s Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) to analyze energy performance. Additionally, we can offer comprehensive building performance modeling for LEED projects in accordance with ASHRAE standards.
